- 1/4 tsp chat masala (optional)
- 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala/ Maggi Masala
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 tsp sesame seed to garnish
- as required Coriander leaves to garnish
- as per taste Red chilli powder (optional)
- As needed Water while cooking
Steps to make to make Quinoa Rice with grilled Cottage Cheese
- Rinse quinoa very well a few times, rinse under running water to remove the bitter component.
 Or you can boil them for about 5-8 min, drain the water and keep it aside and the use it.
- Then take a pan,pour in some olive oil, onions, green chilli and give cook until the onions become tender.
